I still continuously see people remarking on Pocahontas "lack of personality." It has been a little più uncommon, but just for the other nonbelievers, I decided to write this. I know many will beg to differ, but it's just the way I see it. If te have any reason to disagree, go ahead and leave a comment. I'm up to defend her. XD Okay, I'll quit rambling on and actually start the article.

The Start

We first begin to see Pocahontas' personality in the very beginning. She leaves us with a lasting first impression. We can see how she is connected to nature from the very start. Seeing her jump off the cliff shows Pocahontas' più adventurous side. She is playful throughout the scene with Nakoma. That is just the start. Also, Pocahontas is always being playful and having fun with Nakoma.

Inquisitive, Too

Pocahontas has as much as a curious side as any other princess. Most of the time, people overlook this trait. She is is not only desiring to know about the white men, but especially John Smith. The way she speaks to him and messes around with his casco shows how curious she is.

 "It's a helmet." -John Smith
"It's a helmet." -John Smith

Her Most Noticeable Trait

We all know people remember Pocahontas for her indecisiveness. We see it from the start, from Just Around the Riverbend" to whether she wanted to save John Smith's life. I actually find indecisiveness to be a admirable trait. I know it sounds crazy, but it means te actually take time to think things through. Obviously, there are majorly indecisive people that are even indecisive about what Cibo to eat, but I do not see Pocahontas as that type of person.

"Should I choose the smoothest course?"
"Should I choose the smoothest course?"

Possibly Pessimistic

Let's be honest, Pocahontas is not always looking on the bright side of things. She is never enthusiastic about having to marry Kocoum, nor does she have a positive outlook on all the possibilities of the marriage. It is a più subtle trait, but still.

 "But.. he's so serious."
"But.. he's so serious."

Lust AND Love

Yes, most of Pocahontas and John Smith's relationship was based on lust. Yet though, I still can detect the Amore she has for John Smith in her heart. If she really didn't Amore him, she most likely wouldn't have left the village when her father forbade her from it. She wouldn't have detto John Smith's life if it weren't for Amore for not only him, but for her people and the white people. She loved John Smith enough to let him go, so he wouldn't die.

 "I Amore him, father!"
"I Amore him, father!"

To Be Caring and Determined

This trait is most prominent in "Savages Pt. 2." Her entire part of that song is her mostrare her care for everyone, that war was not needed, and she was determined to stop it. She also showed her caring side when Thomas killed Kocoum. She had no interest in the man, but she still cared that he was dead.

"Is there nothing I can do? Still I know I have to try."
"Is there nothing I can do? Still I know I have to try."

Mature, Not Personality-less

Pocahontas becomes più mature towards the end of the movie. We are talking about war here. She couldn't be ecstatic o hyper all of the time. She had things to do, like stopping a war, rather than fooling around. We all have to grow up and become più mature, and Pocahontas was just becoming an example of that.

"How loud are the drums of war?"
"How loud are the drums of war?"

These are just the più prominent and noticeable traits I see in Pocahontas. I hope te like the article, and sorry for it being so lengthy!

My Original Thoughts
I'm sure I watched Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs as a kid, but I barely remember watching it back then. The earliest memory of me watching this was when I was like ten.

I thought Snow was cute, but meh. She wasn't anything special. I thought she was nice and cutesy and all, but I didn't think highly of her.

My Thoughts Now
I Amore Snow a lot. She isn't just that cutesy girl I saw her to be. She has a very layered...

Since I rewatched all of the DP Film from the Classic Era yesterday I decided to write an articolo about what I think of each of them aswell as the princesses from the Film and a little bit about the other characters, my plan is to do this with each era as soon as I've finished watching all DP Film from one of the eras (Renaissance Era will be next)

Let's start with the movies:

Snow White and The Seven Dwarfs:

As most of te know this is my preferito DP Movie, but it's also my preferito movie of all time, I Amore pretty much everything about this movie, the animazione is gorgeous, the songs...

*^*OF COURSE Frozen SPOILERS AHEAD, SILLIES*^*

This is just going to be a breakdown of Hans' character, reasons why I Amore him, and reasons to believe he liked Anna. Part 1 is going to be the reasons Hans actually liked Anna!

In the Beginning *suspenseful music*
I don't think Hans is that bad of a guy.

From the start, Hans is the polite prince we expect.

Before Anna announces she is princess of Arendelle, he gives her a look. A look that every girl wants to receive from a guy (well, for the most part)

Then, Anna is been the quirky, cutesy self she is after she tells him she is princess....

The current lineup, as of February 2014.
The current lineup, as of February 2014.
Hi there! I'm ApplesauceDoctr, and welcome to my third articolo and coincidentally my third countdown, featuring my preferito DP Canto voices. The majority of our current princesses do sing; all but Merida. So, what do te say? Let's do this!

For fun, I thought of ranking each princess on a scale of one through five, with one being the lowest and five being the highest score possible. This is just to mostra how much I like each voice in the overall. :)

I know that Anna and Elsa will [most likely] be joining the lineup sometime this year, but even so, I would just like to focus on the current official...
