This is not Narnia!!
Hi guys, I managed to watch the Nutcracker and the 4 Realms today and I was blown away da the movie overall. So here is my review on it!

The Story-Line

Okay, so the film is very much like the Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, The Witch and the Wardrobe. To which I will talk about it later, but the film draws me in because the story is very unusual and it really captivates the audience and follow Klara, the main protagonist throughout the film.
As usual, it has a happy ending where Klara and her father reunites after having a strained relationship during the beginning of the film.

The Music

In the traditions of Disney's Sleeping Beauty, the Musica borrow elements from Tchaikovsky's ballet in which we are all certain points of the film. Including the ending where we have a happy ending for everyone, reminds me of Strauss II's famous waltzes!

In a Disney Connection

As mentioned, the film has connections to 2 Disney films and they are The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, The Witch & The Wardrobe and Disney's Fantasia. If te notice that when Clara enters into the cupboard, it...

Back in June of 2016, I wrote an articolo where I listed of 10 of the dumbest mistakes Disney ever made. I went easy on Disney in that article, saying that while Disney has made many bad decisions but every company made bad decisions and Disney wasn't any different. I merely made it so I can express that Disney isn't as perfect as people perceive it to be. But now the kid gloves are off. It's been two years since I wrote that, and Disney has gotten even worse. So bad in fact, that I'm not afraid to say that I dislike the company now. I know what you're going to say "But Renegade! Didn't te say that Disney wasn't any different from any company?" Yes, but the problem is that it's Disney. Freaking Disney! The company that's been a part of everyone's childhood. The company that made hundreds upon hundreds of amazing Film that shaped us who were are. They made entertainment that pleased both adults and children and didn't talk down to either. The company that created timeless stories and characters that people could look up and relate to. In contrast, modern Disney feels like a sick joke - a desecration of everything Walt Disney built up. What am I getting at? Disney has made several...

This is my favourite poster.
Hi guys, I just watched Coco and the film left me breathless. So, here is my review on this wonderful Pixar film.

The Story

The story is about being motivated, it reminds me of the Sound of Music. In which I will write down later, it was very interesting to see the ending where Ernesto gets killed da the same fate during his last earthly moments! I really like how his fan saw his true colours and booed him during his grand concert.
Another great moment was the film introduces Mexican cultures and colours, another topic that I will write about later.

The Characters

Miguel is actually my favourite character, he reminds me of the titolo character from Hugo because they are almost identical in personality as they wanted to achieve something in their respective lives.
Dante the dog is another favourite character from the film, who provides comic relief throughout the movie. He reminds me of one my Cani too, mainly in appearance except the pelliccia colour!

Julie and Dick!
Hi guys, in preparation for the sequel 'Mary Poppins Returns'. Here is my review on the 1964 film!

The Film

I was really amazed da the visualisation of Mary Poppins, especially when 2D animations come to life considering this film was released in the swinging 60's and there were no CGI back then!
I knew Julie Andrews from The Sound of Music, which came out the anno later after this film. But Mary Poppins was the first Julie Andrews' film I watched since my childhood days.
This film cheers me up, especially the songs because it's vibrant, colourful and interesting.

The Songs

I could not get the song out of my head! Especially 'Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious' and 'A Spoonful of Sugar', I must give credits to the Sherman brothers for these 2 wonderful songs ever!
The song I cried literally was 'Feed the Birds', because from I read is that, the actress playing the bird feeder in that particular number in the film has passed on (or something like that). She only made a minor appearance in the film!

I loved this and the first movie ever since I was four I like the secondo one way better than the first one. Soon after watching the full movie again I have to say I generally think the secondo one is better than the first as a movie. I know a lot of people are gonna disagree with me, but I don't care this is MY opinion.
Plot
When Leggere the plot it does sound simple and how the Disney sequels. The plot is kinda predictable but it's a good message for anyone.

Characters
I think it's the main two characters really made the movie for me and others: Angel and Scamp. They are probably both around my age (I turn 14 successivo month) and it makes them relatable. Lets talk about them individually. First Scamp, who people either see him as cute and relatable o a brat. I can see why people see him as that because he's always wanting to be free but as being a teen that's what makes him likable. Lets talk about Angel, who is one of those characters who feels real and is like-able. She has a good and kind cuore who is yet snarky and no she not that kind of snarky as in some kinky fan art of her.

Baymax!
Hi guys, I watched 2 of these films and I notice a number of similarities. Ready?

Hugo

Okay, I remember I watched this 2011 film with my mom, and it was really because the titolo character Lost his dad after the latter only appear 5 minuti of the film when it started!
He tries to survive and along the way, he meets a girl names Isabelle to whom he befriended. She helps him a lot especially about his father's inventions, speaking of Hugo's dad, he also introduces his son to inventions and mechanism.
He also tries to help others, especially Inspector Gustave to clear the misunderstanding between to two and make peace with each other!

Big Hero 6

Like Hugo, the protagonist's sibling only appear during the opening for a few minuti and then dies. Coincidentally, Hiro's eldest brother name Tadashi dies while being engulf in the flames that destroys the fair!
Hiro also discovers Tadashi's creation, Baymax and learns about the robot. Hiro also meets some new Friends and tries to save others along the way.

There's a lot of really cute bambini animated da Disney so it's time to mostra some appreciation to them! The lista includes all Disney animazione Studios movies.

10. Baby Lucky

Such an underrated scene, it's so touching when the the little cucciolo actually makes it. It's a tiny little thing with a rosa nose and a white cappotto and even if his eyes weren't open, it just made it cuter. It was so heartwarming as a child and still is now. I couldn't help wanting a cucciolo of my own after this scene especially seeing his little nose peek out and snuggle he father's. It's so cute and totally worth the mention.

9. Baby Simba

The one probably iconic baby moment when Simba gets lifted up above the crowd. I never really though of baby Simba as particularly cute when I was little, but now with my recently Amore of animali I've noticed his fuzzy head and the little paws. I really shouldn't try to connect kid Simba with baby Simba, because kid Simba isn't very innocent o cute, whilst baby Simba is a lil' chubby fluff ball. The animazione helps, but baby...

We're so cool! PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO US AND BUY OUR MERCH!
1. Come up with a ridiculously cheesy plot.

2. Make all o most of your characters really, really, really boring and unlikable. If the audience doesn't wanna strangle the characters da the end of the movie, then you're doing it wrong.

3. Hire really horrible songwriters to write awful songs with atrocious lyrics.

4. Auto-tune the sh*t out of the songs. If your songs don't sound like they have the entire world's worth of auto-tune on them, then you're doing it wrong.

5. Hire really, really bad singers to sing your awful songs. The maximum amount of good singers te can have is two o three at most.

6. Cast really bad actors who are hammy, over-the-top, and talentless. If te don't have at least one actor who seems like he/she just came out of a basic high school recitazione class, then te ARE DOING IT WRONG.

7. End the movie with a cliffhanger da having a character hint at a sequel. This is absolutely crucial. If te don't have someone say "You didn't think this was the end of the story, did you?", then te ARE DOING IT WRONG, DAMN IT.

9. Gisselle and ponchastos
Giselle- She stands at 9th : At the beginning of the film, she is originally the stereotype of a Disney Princess. Because she lives in the perfect fantasy world of Andalasia, she has barely felt emotions that are rare to the land such as frustration, sadness, and anger, which, of course, are common on Earth. She dreams of having her own Prince Charming, whom she will fall in Amore with and live happily ever after. She also loves animals, who help her both in Andalasia and on Earth. She understands Amore for all and life.
Poncahontas - she stands at 9th : Pocahontas loves nature, and she spends her time exploring the land. After she falls in Amore with a man named John Smith, it's up to her to discover her destiny and bring peace to her people. She is a not giving up girl and really strong and positive and has a strong cuore .

8. Moana and tiana from princess and the frog -
Moana - she stands at 8th : She is adventurous, headstrong, strong-willed, practically fearless, and physically capable. Though she has moments of self-doubt, she has great pride in who she is, and is generally too stubborn to back away from new...

Lily James!
If Disney were to make a live action film featuring a brand new heroine. Here are my dream casts and why!

1) The Heroine (Lily James)

I would Amore to see her act in another Disney film, considering that she played Cenerentola in 2015. She should play a good heroine in this!

2) The Mother (Paige O' Hara)

The voice of Belle, I noticed that she looks like an elderly version of Lily James at some point, if the movie is out, I can tell that she and Lily James could have a strong chemistry together as mother and daughter.

3) The Father (Hugh Bonneville)

He is the perfect choice for Lily James's character's father and he is also from Downton Abbey, he's very convincing and cool at the same time.

4) The Boyfriend (Richard Madden)

Lily's costar from Cinderella, I Amore the strong chemistry with Lily and I hope that they could be together in real life.

Notes: This is a re-write of a Frozen Fanfiction I wrote on a precedente fanpop account, Windrises.

Princess Anna and Queen Elsa were at their kingdom. Anna detto "Tonight me and Kristoff are going to go to the city's new restaurant."

Elsa detto "You better behave più mature than usual." Anna asked why. Elsa detto "The new restaurant is really fancy. It has a the "no shirt, no shoes, no service" policy."

Anna detto "Do they really care that much about shoes?"

Elsa detto "I heard a guy wearing flip flops got rejected."

Anna detto "That's kind of harsh."

Elsa detto "I actually kind of respect their fanciness."

Anna had a silly idea (of course). Anna decided to follow the sign's rules da wearing a shirt, shoes and everything else except pants. Anna detto "I'm going to teach the restaurant how to have a sense of humor."

Anna left the kingdom fully dressed to fool Elsa. After arriving near the restaurant Anna donated her pants to charity.

Back around April 17th (Which is my birthday.) after I finished my articolo where I reviewed Bayformers, I was planning on Scrivere a new articolo where I lista off stories that Disney should adapt into movies. However, after Leggere an articolo where a Fanpoper counted down the Disney Revival Film from her least preferito to favorite, I was inspired to write down a version of my own. As a result, my plan on listing off stories that I want Disney to adapt was put on delay. But now, it seems like the perfect time to continue it.
About a mese ago, I made a sondaggio where I listed off the stories I want Disney to adapt, even allowing others to include their own stories they want Disney to adapt.

For almost a century, one of the things that made Disney so good is their adaptations of iconic fairy tales (Despite how dark and disturbing the actual stories were). They're adaptations of detto stories were so successful and iconic that they have become the characters we associate the names with. Back in the past, they accurately adapted the fairy tales (Or rather: the kid-friendly version of them) but nowadays, Disney is più original and now they do più original movies...

Makes my Day!
Hi guys, I had FINALLY seen this film after I heard the news that all of the Disney Princesses will be making a cameo in the sequel. So, here is my review the film!

The Story-Line

I am actually a fan of video games from young in the likes of Super Mario Brothers, Sonic the Hedgehog and Angry Birds. Only Sonic and strada, via Fighters made a cameo appearance in this film.
So, this film came out just 1 anno before Frozen and I thought it was like foreshadow to the fame film, because the titolo character was being misunderstood as a bad guy like Elsa was being misunderstood as a monster da the Duke of Weselton.
Ironically, Alan Tudyk voiced King caramelle and the Duke of Weselton, in which is why I could recognise his distinctive voice!

The Characters

As mentioned, Ralph reminds me of Elsa in some ways, but I personally think he is like Jean Valjean from Les Miserables. He is actually quite gentle despite some initial misgivings about both characters. Whereas his size, he reminds me of Shrek!

Miss Saigon
Hi guys, since I had done for Charles Dicken's story suggestions. So, now let's focus on musicals, shall we?

1) Miss Saigon

The story is base on Giacomo Puccini's Madame Butterfly, the settings and time period were change to Vietnam and 1970's during the Vietnam War from 19th century Imperial Japan. It's about a young Vietnamese girl who falls in Amore with an American G.I., only to go back to the US where he is already married to a young American girl, heartbroken, the Vietnamese girl committed suicide while her young son is taken in da his new American parents.

2) Aida

Another musical adaptation base on Giuseppe Verdi's opera of the same name, it would be interesting to have another black and Egyptian princess/ heroine as part of the Disney Princess lineup.

3) Whistle Down The Wind

I absolutely Amore the songs, especially No Matter What and the titolo song because they are very inspirational and Disney should definitely do this musical!

The Author
Hi guys, I have been listening to Oliver Twist audio-book a couple of nights ago. An idea has strike me once again with some suggestions!

1. Oliver Twist

I know that Disney had make Oliver & Company back in 1988, but if they base it on the popolare musical 'Oliver!'. It would a great idea, don't te agree?

2. Great Expectations

Another wonderful suggestion that represents redemption, it was like Les Miserables. It ends with a Happy Ending as well!

3. David Copperfield

The story is quite similar to Great Expectations, the story is about young David who also learns to be gentlemen and overcome many obstacles along the way. He finds true happiness in the end!

4. A Tale of Two Cities

So the story is 90% similar to Les Miserables, as the story is sets during the French Revolution. It deals with sacrificial Amore and overcome with obstacles!

Great Idea?

Lovely artwork!!
Hi guys, I remember growing up watching this film and it has always been part of my childhood. What te are going to read is my review and personal opinions about the film, enjoy!

The Story

From what I had read, Lewis Carroll based this story on Alice Liddell, who is the namesake protagonist of the film. I managed to read the book a few years fa and the story was very whimsical and it eerily reminds me of the Harry Potter Series!

The Acting

Now, don't get me wrong, I was really amazed da Kathryn Beaumont's recitazione as this was her major film as I know for a fact that she acted in minor roles previously. In fact, she would later be call back to play Wendy Darling in Peter Pan and would later quit recitazione to become a school teacher. Overall, she's perfect and I'm very happy for her that she nailed both characters convincingly.
I really Amore the Queen of Hearts da Vernon Felton, I always thought she was a motherly figure as I had seen her in Sleeping Beauty and Cinderella. But she really pulls a very good villain in a comically!

Quasimodo, where are you?
Hi guys, since I had not touch this film and I would Amore to write a movie review on the 1996 animated feature.

The Story

As mentioned in an earlier articolo here that I wrote, the original story was dark and to make it family-friendly. Disney decided to tone down the story, especially about both Frollo's and Quasimodo's origins.
Laverne, Victor and Hugo provide comic relief throughout the movie and their names are a tribute (or shall I say, pun?) to the original author, Victor Hugo.

The Songs & Musical Scores

Alan Menken once detto this musical score is best, and I have to agree with him. I was very blessed that my brother got the soundtrack and I imported it into my iPod Touch.
I was disappointed that Someday was only sung at the Ending Credits and was not feature in the final film itself, because it was the moment that all of the main protagonists hope for.

The Characters
