I think Governor John Ratcliffe and Judge Claude Frollo are both Equally Racist.

Frollo all the way. I hate him so much and that was the first time I was ever that HAPPY that a character had died. Glad they picked a more comedy like villain with Sarousch for the sequel. He was a lot more likeable and was funny too.
