Have te ever gone to a spot and seen 3 links with the exact same title? Have te ever seen a video of an annual event and wondered if it was from this anno o last years show? Gone through a whole video on a spot and wondered why it was there? The problem is generic titling. There is a very simple solution for this that I will explain to te and help te put into play in your everyday Fanpopping.
più generic titles might be ok for pictures (I mean really how specific can te get with a picture.... Amy Adams in a green dress waving at the camera, but not the same as the last picture because in this one she is smiling. Now that is just silly), however on articoli o video te can get a little più specific. It is really frustrating to see a link titled "Amy Adams Biography." Which one exactly? Do te know how many of those there are on the internet??? There are 2,330 according to google. da putting a titolo like that te are essentially making that link useless. Another example is seeing video titled "Jack Black".... Ok, Jack Black doing what? If it's a trailer for a new movie he is in I want to watch that, but if it is a strip tease.... not so much. I think te understand what I am getting at.
Ladies and gentlemen there is a very simple solution to this problem, and that is make your titolo a little più specific. For example if it is a commercial for the 2006 Kid's Choice Awards that featured Jack Black te could titolo it "Jack Black in '06 Kid's Choice Awards Commercial." Do te see how that is più helpful than just "Jack Black?" That way if I am interested in the Kid's Choice Awards I can watch that video o if I am not I can skip it without wasting time and effort figuring out what it is. Also in reference to the Amy Adams Biography te could put in the titolo what site it is on like "Amy Adams Biography on Starpulse.com." It gives the articolo a little più identity and makes sure it doesn't get Lost in the shuffle. That way a person can tell if they have read it before without having to waste time going to the site and checking it to see if they have read it.
I will close with a lista to that te can use to titolo your immagini o videos:
1. If this is a video to an annual event make sure to add the anno to the titolo (e.g. Commercial for the 2008 Oscars).
2. If is has a specific person add that person's name to the titolo (e.g. Steve Carell's Apperance as Uncle Arthur in Bewitched).
3. If it is from a specific website, te can use the titolo of the site in the titolo to make it a little più specific (e.g. John Krasinski Biograpy on TV.com).
4. If it is a specific episode of a mostra be sure to add the Season and Episode numbers (e.g. "The Office" The Dundies- Season 2 Episode 1).
5. Make sure te are specific about what kind of media it is such as: a commercial, a clip, a fan video, a slide show, o a full episode (e.g. Amazing by: Lonestar- Jim and Pam fan Video).
