Login help?

ciao everyone.
I just registered on HexRPG and validated my accont but when I went to login it detto 'Invalid username o password.' All of the info I entered was correct and when I tried to retrieve my password it just detto 'Invalid' again. WTF is going on? :'( My info that I entered was definitely correct as I checked it over twice. What do I do? I sent an email in the 'contact' forum but they just told me to check my spelling. Why won't it work? :S
