I particularly liked The Socratic Method, Occam's Razor, and Paternity.
In The Socratic Method, Cuddy tries to give House a card for his birthday. In Occam's Razor, a patient yells at House and Cuddy, "Hey, I'm over here!" because they were too engaged in a conversation with each other to notice him. In Paternity, Cuddy and House bet against one another concerning the paternity of a patient, and Cuddy definitely checks out House from head to toe, while telling him "My guy will call your guy".
