What is the meaning of the sedond verse of "Mersedes Benz"? I get that she want's a color TV, but what's up with Dialing For Dollars, and what is it, that is being delivered to her? It doesn't make sence to me..

The verse:
Oh Lord, won't te buy me a color TV?
Dialing For Dollars is trying to find me.
I wait for delivery each giorno until three,
