for those that don't already know, Merlin's Keep is the ultimate website to get ALL the Merlin Promotional Pictures that are not found anywhere else, not even on the BBC Offical merlin website. And it now has tumblr!

This is my guess: I think they are part of or is in contact with the company that actually takes all the promotional pictures and then is given permission to upload them at certain times.But that may be wrong, tbh I have no idea!
