once upon a time I saw one horror film

but I can't remember it's name, I hope somebody will help me here.
well, it was about one boy, he was at 12_14 ages old. his name was Milo, his father was doctor, and as I remember this boy was died,,but his father done something on him and he was still like alive. he had a bicycle. once he took some his classmate girls and showed them flasks with soaring things in them (this was like Snape's study). then he took one girl and tried to dissect her, but another girl started screaming...
this is all what I can remember, please help me to find this movie
