Emigration and immigration are both forms of migration. If te sposta out of a country, te have emigrated, and te are an emigrant.

If te sposta into a country, te have immigrated, and te are now an immigrant.

Either way, o even if te sposta within the same country, te have migrated, and te are a migrant.

So if I migrated from the US to China, I will have emigrated from the US to become an immigrant in China. Just remember that the "e-" prefix means out and the "im-" prefix means in.

They are not the same.

Complexion refers to the quality of appearance, regardless of the color,
like the evenness of the tone.
