Need help getting ringtones/pictures from a site!!

If any of te people have heard o been on the site Mytinypicture.com, please tell me why and how a ringtone o picture wont mostra up once i recieve a text for it.
please tell me how to do it cause they never give me much info but two choices of how i want my ringtone to mostra up.
