I'm scared and I need help!

This guy on fanpop made a club called fanpop dips and in the descrizione was MY username talking bad about me! I don't even know this guy! Then on that club he postato my icona and called it dumb. I didn't do anything wrong o to him!


Can te plz help me plz?
