Get a life-sized cardboard cut out of Justin Bieber and put it in the persons shower. When the person goes to take a shower....BAM...there's Justin Bieber stareing right at them! Me and my Friends do it all tha time and it scares us each and everytime no matter how many times we do it lol

Switch the Salt & Sugar around.

Fill your friends' shoes with yogurt.

Text them that it is pajama giorno every Wednesday

Set up a door that u know they will go through, fill a bucket o a waterballon with either mud, dry dirt, yogurt, that sloppy goo that u get in the little carrels at a toy store, water o anything else, tie it up, then wait for them to walk into the room and dump it on them. I tried it with some harmless bugs like worms, o crickets and it worked,
