If te click on "my showcase" it gives te all your cap, plus some that te havent got yet. te then click on the shooting stella, star one and it will tell te how to get it.
I never done that though i just got mine, so now it doesnt tell me HOW to get it.

if that doesn't work go onto any profilo with a shooting stella, star berretto, tappo ans click ont it, it should than tell te how to get it!
