how do u get moving icons?

ok i know i have one but i dont how i got it..every time i see a moving icona i save it then try putting it on fanpop..but it wont go..please help

Are te uploading it from your computer o from a website?
If you're uploading it right from your computer and it doesn't works, try uploading it at tinypic for example and carica it from there.
If it still doesn't works, it must some problem with Fanpop.
