Could someone make me a cartoon narwhhal?

Yes, a narwhal. I would like it to have a background. Also, if te could, could te make it zoomed in on it's face with it's head sticking out of water with a blue sky and white clouds?
If te can't do this, that's perfectly fine. The only reason I'm asking te guys to do it is beacuse I'm HORRIBLE at making digital art. Anyways, I'd be really happy if te could do it :D
