I need your help.

I got a restraining order against my uncle. and we went to court and they got a LAWYER FOR A RESTRAINING ORDER! And they asked for più time so we go back in october. And i dont know how to handle myself. I might break down yell punch, the lista goes on. but him and the rest of his family are being jerks. I dont know how to handle myself in this situation! Can te guys help me???? like some consigli o help o something PLEASE. I havent been able to sleep o do anything.Can te please help me?

whatever happand between te and your uncle is between te and him and the court...just try relaxing for a few minuti when te feel overwhelmed find something to distract your thoughts on it and im sure your family is upset about this so that is probably why there recitazione the way they are (sorry if i wasnt much help)
