Any tips for learning a secondo language?

I've been trying to learn Spanish but I just can't really get a good grasp of it.
Does anyone here who is multilingual have any consigli for learning another language?

Sometimes when I watch a TV show, turn on Spanish subtitles, good for learning sentence structure. Also, te can watch a TV mostra in Spanish and turn on English subtitles. One of the best things to do though is to talk with native speakers, since they can give te the most advice.
