IPod/ITunes question: Is there a way to import the songs from my IPod to my ITunes?

I normally sync my IPod on my sister's computer, but I want to do it from my computer now on which I have nothing in my ITunes library.

Is there a way for me to transfer the Musica from my IPod to my ITunes?

Normally when I plug in my iPod it asks me if I want to transfer songs from my iPod to my iTunes, but if that doesn't come up for te idk. ._.
