HELP?

What are some good and fairly easy dieting tips? I wanna loose 20 pounds but I have no idea how :/ please help

 Fat? FAT?! Girl, if te lose anymore weight you'll be fainting daily. I refuse to believe te think te are fat. I highly suggest te stop trying to lose weight, it could mean fatal problems for you. Whatever fat te see is in your head, not your body. I'm not joking, anorexia is serious, and could kill you.

There's the military diet. Its pretty rough. If your on it for one month, your easily loose 30 pounds o over. But like I detto it's hard as hell. te eat a bunch of protein that burns the fat inside your body.

Also, something to note, if te do a lot of weight lifting te will gain muscle. What this means is that when te get on the scale, te wont see the numbers drop. Weight and fat are alike when it comes to mostrare numbers on the scale.

This is not necessarily a bad thing if this is what you're aiming for but te want to loose weight in general, so that is why Im not recommending weight training. aim for lighter weights w/ 12+ reps each exercise and lots of cardio.

Make sure your pre workout meals contain healthy, complex carbs, and post workout meals dont have any types of fat in them. Even healthy ones.

Lastly, give it time. Your body is understandably not going to just up and give up the weight immediately. te have to force it to adapt to your new, healthy life style and that will take time. Understand that your body can only drop so much weight in one week.

Of course, this varies fro person to person and depends on how effective your workouts are along w/ what exactly you're doing, but dropping over 10 lbs is considered a drastic weight loss, so keep that in mind.

Don't eat a lot of carbohydrates o fats. lol that's actually mostly what I eat. It's really sad. It's ok to eat cereal but no bread. Exercise is also great. I'm in softball right now.

I'm not telling te that te are going to lose much weight with this, but maybe some. It did for me. Lost about 3 lbs. But I was only on it for a week and a half. I know it's way less than less than te wanted, but this is all the help I can give. :P
