Are Creepypastas...Real?

I saw some video on a superiore, in alto 22 Non Gaming Creepypastas vid and some of them looked seriously real like Happy Appy and the tv channel with a mostra called Booby.....They seriously looked so real and I just wanna know...they are fake...right? o.o
