I've actually been planning to do this for a while. I thought about doing this on Youtube but I kept on getting lazy about it, especially since it takes a while to get video uploaded on youtube. For some reason it's just a lot easier for me to make an articolo here on fanpop and talk about it. Anyway, this lista is based not only on the persons talent but on their personality as well. All of them have incredible personalities and some of them don't get as much Amore as they should. So keep in mind this is just my opinion, please comment, and enjoy. 15.Lana Parrilla

Out of the entire cast of Once Upon A Time I have to say that she is absolutely my favorite, although I Amore pretty much the entire cast. Once Upon A Time is my preferito mostra of ALL TIME! Anyway, first of all I want to say she's the most talented actor/actress of ALL TIME! Forget Hugh Jackmen, Johnny Depp, Emma Watson, and Anne Hathaway (who are all incredible), Lana is più talented than all of them. She knows how to be evil and really enjoys it but when she has to be good and sweet she's very convincing. Plus she's very convincing with those crying scenes, she's just INCREDIBLE and people don't realize just how much. She's also gorgeous, not one of the most beautiful women that ever lived and not even the most beautiful on the show. I can think of several women on the mostra who are più beautiful; mainly Jamie Chung, Sonequa Martin-Green, Jennifer Morrison, Meghan Ory, and especially Joanna Garcia. However with that out of the way, she's also an incredible person. She always risposte to her fan on twitter and is just so nice. She has an amazing sense of humor! Plus the fact that she loves Disney's The Little Mermaid, Ariel, and Ursula makes her even più awesome. Ever since she was a little girl she wanted to be Ursula and thanks to being Regina (The Evil Queen) on Once Upon A Time she got the chance to do Ursula. She's not higher because I find the others più interesting.

14.Lindsay Lohan

I know a lot of people hate on here but I absolutely Amore her! I think she's absolutely amazing! She's an amazing actress and has a nice Canto voice. I Amore how strong she is because for one she has an abusive dad, her family is messed up, and she's a train wreck. Even when things in her life get rough and she makes mistakes she just keeps on trying no matter what. I have faith that this time she'll actually get her life together. I mean it's been a few months, she's stayed sober, and her looks are even starting to come back to her, she's starting to look really pretty, not as pretty as she was before the drugs because she was absolutely GORGEOUS before. I mean Britney Spears did it, who was also a train wreck that originated from Disney. I don't think people should hate on a celebrity just because they've messed up their life. They're still human and it can happen to anyone, I speak from personal experience because my brother is struggling with drugs. I have faith that Lindsay will get her life together and her life will become an inspirational story about a strong, misunderstood, beautiful, and talented young woman who faced the odds and beat her addiction. She's not higher because I guess I just like the others more.

13.Jodi Benson

I just had to put her here, part of the reason is because she voiced Ariel from The Little Mermaid. If they had gotten someone else to voice Ariel it just wouldn't be the same, the magic wouldn't be there. Her voice is absolutely GORGEOUS, only Judy Garland has a better voice than her. She's a great actress and she's so pretty. But I also Amore how she's an amazing person, she's been involved with charities and has inspired so many people, mainly with her portrayal of Ariel. She truly believes Ariel is a good role model, which she is, and part of the reason is because of Jodi. She's a wonderful mother to her children and a great wife to her husband. She continues to inspire people with her voice and her heart. It's a shame she's not più famous because she really deserves to be. She's not higher simply because I Amore the others more.

12.Bella Thorne

I'm just going to say first of all that I HATE Shake It Up, it's an awful mostra with badly written characters and teaches horrible life lessons and morals. However, I've always loved Bella from the very beginning! She's an incredible actress, a pretty good dancer, and she's absolutely GORGEOUS! She's so mature looking that she really doesn't look 16, my mom actually thought she was 18 o 19, which I don't disagree with. In my opinion she's in my superiore, in alto 10 most beautiful women that ever lived. She's one of the few actors on Shake It Up that can actually act. However, she's an awful singer, at least she's taking Canto lessons from Katy Perry's vocal teacher, maybe she'll improve since Katy Perry has an amazing voice. Anyway I mainly Amore how strong she is because she was bullied for speaking Spanish and having dyslexia. She's used something tragic from her life to help others da sharing her story, even having an episode on Shake It Up dedicated to her having dyslexia. She's also a great person who cares about her family and friends, she doesn't let fame get to her head, is grateful for her fans, and doesn't care what her haters have to say. She even takes the time to answer domande from her fans. She's not higher because the others just had più of an impact on me.

11.Bill Cosby

How could anyone not Amore this guy? He is absolutely HILARIOUS! I Amore his mostra and all the morals it taught with amazing life lessons. I Amore the way he talks, it's so funny! I'm probably going to talk to my kids the way he does his, I've actually have with my niece and some of my cousins. He's a good actor, not great but good. I mainly Amore him for his comedic humor! But he also has a good cuore that really shows with a lot of things he does, he's inspired many people, mostly black people, such as Raven Symone and Keke Palmer. He is always a good man with everything he does and does it with his own personal touch in humor that makes him seem like a fun guy. He's not higher because I just find the others più interesting.

10.Raven Symone

I just had to have her on this list! She is just incredible! First of all, That's So Raven is one of my ALL TIME preferito shows and definitely my preferito Disney Channel show! She has an AMAZING voice, one of the best voices of all time, she's also a great actress, absolutely HILARIOUS, and very beautiful. She shows that people come in different shapes and sizes but that doesn't mean that they're not beautiful. I wish I could get her Broadway mostra of her doing Sister Act on DVD, I would just be going CRAZY! It's a real shame she's not as famous as she used to be, people don't know her unless te say she was from That's So Raven and The Cosby Show. I hate that they cancelled State of Georgia, because it was a really good show.I just hope that people will someday realize how talented she is and she'll get più famous. She's not higher because I just like the others more.

9.Reba McEntire

I absolutely Amore her show, it's one of my favorites! I really Amore her because she's a very strong woman who used her mostra to help everyone who was in a certain situation that most shows don't do. te don't see a lot of shows that have the main characters as teenage parents o with the stupid ex-husband who still bugs the ex-wife. She used her mostra to help people da mostrare real life things but that te can get through them if te just stay strong. She has the voice of an angel, it's just so beautiful and pure, she's really funny, is a great actress, and is kind of pretty. What can I say? She's a survivor! Everything she does is just amazing! She's not higher because the others just appeal to me more.

8.Fran Drescher

We all know her as the nanny named Fran and Amore her for it! I've heard people say they don't like her o her mostra because of her INCREDIBLY NASAL voice but it's part of why I Amore her! It's so funny and is part of who she is, I can't imagine her without her voice. It would be like if Gilbert Gottfried didn't voice Iago from Aladdin. Yes, the voice is annoying, but te Amore them for it anyway! Anyway she is absolutely HILARIOUS! Everything she does I just think that it's really classic Fran. She has breast cancer and she's done all she could to help everyone who is fighting against it, even doing a songs called Eye For An Eye, which is a nice song and she actually doesn't sound bad. I Amore The Nanny, it's one of my all time preferito shows! She's also really beautiful, even after plastic surgery, and is really sexy! She's not higher because the others are better.

7.Doug Walker

Some of te might not know who he is but he's a famous internet critic called the Nostalgia Critic that does reviews of Film and certain aspects of pop culture and does it in a comedic way. He's always SO FUNNY!!!!!!!! The only times where I didn't find him funny was when he reviewed Full House and Quest For Camelot. However, minus those two, whenever he reviews something I Amore and hates on them he still manages to make me laugh! Not only is he funny, he is also very deep a lot of the time. He even gives us good reasons about why it's okay to lie about Santa Claus. He's also a great friend to his fellow reviewers, though not when they do crossover in reviews but that's for comedic reasons, a good husband to his wife, and has been involved in a lot of charities. He actually will take the time to talk to his fan whenever they walk up to him in public. He's not higher because I just Amore the others more.

6.Lucille Ball

Who on earth has never heard of her and doesn't Amore her? She has the most popolare mostra of ALL TIME, it's always voted the best mostra in all contests. It's definitely one of my all time preferito shows! There is no doubt about it that she is the most HILARIOUS person that ever existed! Forget Johnny Depp and Tyler Perry, they're total duds compared to her! On her show, this woman sneaked out of a room disguised as a chair, got herself locked in a suitcase, was hiding eggs in her shirt, pretended that 20 pounds of cheesy was a baby so she didn't have to pay to get it on the plane, accidentally called a man a fat pig just da mispronouncing "mucho gacias", and constantly was in disguises, mainly one where she has a fake mustache on. I mean good gosh people, this woman is INSANE and HILARIOUS! How could anyone be considered funnier than her? Anyway she's a fantastic actress, a great dancer, very pretty, a HILARIOUS comedian, and was a wonderful mother to her children. She was also a dedicated wife who tried to save her marriage between her and her unfaithful husband! RIP Lucille Ball! She's not higher because I just find the others più interesting.

5.Her Imperial Highness The Grand Duchess Anastasia Romanov

For those of te who don't know who she is might be familiar with the animated movie Anastasia, which was based of her. She was a Russian princess, which is what a Grand Duchess is, and her entire family was murdered. However, it was rumored that she survived, there were many impersonators who claimed to be her, the most famous being Anna Anderson, but turned out not to be Anastasia. People say they found her Bones and that she died with the rest of her family. However, there's a woman named Grandmama Tasia and her granddaughter is claiming that Tasia was Anastasia, which I believe. Anyway let's talk about Anastasia herself, not her mystery. She was absolutely gorgeous, in my opinion the most beautiful of the Romanov princesses. Although, she was not your typical princess, she was quite the tomboy and a prankster that caused trouble. However, she loved her family and was a very kind princes. She and her sisters would actually be nurses for the soldiers during the war, not because they had to, but just because of the kindness of their hearts. She's an amazing person and she counts as a celebrity because she's royalty, which are celebritàs since their life is everywhere and they have no privacy. She's not higher because the others are just better in my opinion.

4.Demi Lovato

She's just an amazing inspiration to everyone she meets! She was bullied, called fat, ugly, has bulimia, depression, has cut herself, and been to rehab. She's used all of that as strength da mostrare people that te need to admit te have a problem and that te need to do something about it. She is grateful to her family, Friends (mainly Selena Gomez, Miley Cyrus, and Nick Jonas), and her fan that have helped her get through it all. She knows that no matter how talented she is that she would be nothing without her fan and takes the time to talk to all of them and is so nice to them. She's absolutely gorgeous, is a great actress, and in my opinion has one of the best voices of ALL TIME! She always puts her cuore in soul into everything she does and has such passion and emotion. She's an inspiration and an amazing role model! She's not higher because the others just had a bigger impact on me.

3.Miley Cyrus

If te know me te know that this isn't a surprise AT ALL! I absolutely Amore her to death! She's a great actress, has one of the best voices of all time, and in my opinion is the most beautiful woman that EVER lived! She's an inspiration of beauty because she shows that there are several different ways to be beautiful. te can be a beautiful woman and have short hair, heck, respected celebritàs like Jennifer Lawrence and Anne Hathaway ha rubato, stola her haircut just because of how gorgeous she looked. I've loved her ever since I first heard her beautiful voice during the first commercial EVER for Hannah Montana, however, that girl is long gone. I Amore how Miley isn't afraid to be herself and doesn't care what her haters have to say, she even tells them to keep on hating because it just gives her motivation. People say she's being stupid but she's actually really clever! She wanted everyone to be talking about her after her VMA performance, it's been several months since then and people still can't shut up about it, so she has everyone eating out of the palm of her hand. She reminds me of Marilyn Monroe and Madonna because they're all comfortable with sexuality, shock a lot of people, are clever because they always find a way to have everyone talking about them, are talented, and despite their controversy are amazing women. Miley has been involved in several charities, takes the time to talk to her fan and is nice to them, is grateful to her fans, friends, and family. She is actually classy, her actions aren't but she is, her ex-fiance, Liam Hemsworth, cheated on her twice with two different women and instead of telling everyone about it and ruining him she doesn't talk about what really happened. How many women would actually do that? it takes a really classy person to do something like that. She's becoming a legend and we all know it, whether we like it o not. Even when people hate her they seem to admit that it's undeniable that she's incredibly talented. When she sings Wrecking Ball and Jolene she just shuts up all her haters. I think she's an amazing role model, the way someone dresses o acts isn't all it takes to be a good role model, it also has to do with being a good person with good morals, which she has. She's not higher because the other two are just unbeatable.

2.Walt Disney

We all know this guy is a celebrity so he counts. How could I not include him, he's absolutely AMAZING! He started way down at the bottom and had nothing but ended up becoming the most successful business man that ever lived! No matter how much it seemed impossibly for it to happen, he just kept on trying and believing that he could make his dreams come true. Ever since then he's made others believe that their dreams will come true too no matter what. He hated when people would call him "Mr. Disney" he would tell them that they had to call him Walt, especially people who worked for him. He didn't just act like he was their boss, he would be their friend. He actually made a promise to his daughters when they were little girls that he would make Mary Poppins into a movie, he finally got to when his daughters were all grown up. He was an amazing father, a lot of fathers would've just forgot a promise like that but after all those years he was willing to do whatever it took to keep his promise to his little girls. He was a wonderful man that believed that te can get older but te don't have to grow up, te can stay young at cuore forever, which he did until the end of his days. His legacy is still being carried out and it all started from this amazing man that believed in dreams coming true. He's not higher because there is just one person that is SLIGHTLY better.

1.Judy Garland

I absolutely Amore this woman to DEATH! She is the most talented person that EVER lived! She's a fantastic actress, an incredible dancer, and has the most beautiful voice of ALL TIME! No one has a better voice than her, absolutely NO CONTEST! Even when the drugs ruined her looks and started affecting her voice she still had her amazing voice that no one could beat. I can't believe that people didn't even consider her to be pretty, it makes me SO MAD! In my opinion she is the secondo most beautiful woman that ever lived, only to Miley Cyrus. Sure she wasn't really thin when she was a teenager, she was still gorgeous and has a real and natural beauty. She got prettier when she was thinner but not because of her waste, it was because her face matured. Because, she was even più beautiful on the inside. She actually got boxes of Cioccolato for the munchkins in The Wizard of Oz, they kept on talking about that until all of them died. She was a good person to everyone she met but when she became an adult wouldn't take garbage from anyone. She was forced into mostra business and had no control over her life, they even forced her to take drugs to make her work faster and lose weight. She had an amazing sense of humor and was a wonderful mother to her children. She was so strong but at the same time vulnerable, I Amore when celebritàs act like real people with real thoughts and feelings. Her character Dorothy from The Wizard of Oz was able to slay the wicked witch but Judy herself was never able to defeat her own inner wicked witch, the drugs. She would died at 47 from an accidental overdose. She left a legacy behind as an inspiration to gay people everywhere, a stella, star from several classic, an unbeatable voice, an unappreciated beauty, a wonderful mother, a great friend, and an all around amazing person. But what people don't realize is that she was più than a tragedy, she had great humor and personality that made people fall in Amore with her. Not to many people remember who she is now a days unless te mention that she was Dorothy in The Wizard of Oz. Some songs that belongs to no one else but her are The Tolly Song, The boy successivo Door, Have Yourself a Merry Little Natale and especially her signature song, Somewhere Over The Rainbow.
