"Roseanne" (1988) 

FROM 1988 TO 1994 IS WHEN ROSEANNE WAS AT IT'S BEST... THE LAST SEASON WAS SO HARD TO UNDERSTAND,BUT THAT WAS ALL JUST A DREAM!!!

I watch that show from time to time and it has it's fun moments. Like in one episode where Conner had farted while making her speech in school, and felt soo embarassed and upset about it. Darlene got excited as she made fun of her, and was waiting for this moment since she was 5 years old. But when her parents Mr. Mrs. Conner tried to deal with it, the father was sent upstairs to talk to his daughter Conner as Mrs. Conner felt that he was more experienced in this situation. He was laughing soo hard he could make it upstairs. "Life is full of Boombies" as Mrs. Conner said to her daughter and explained her embarassing story as when she was a teenager, her top half of her bathing suit fell off in the public pool. But some teenage guy couldn't stop riding his bike past her driveway all summer long. The funny part was when a card was offered for Connie. Yeah, a card to say Sorry your farted.

Years ago, I remember seeing on tv that a parody commerical was made of a candy bar called the Rosanne Bar.
A woman in a business office was in tremendous stress as all the guys were making huge business demands and insisting on her decisions in important financial matters. Feeling stressed out, the woman runs and locks herself into an empty room and takes out the Rosanne Bar candy bar and takes a bite. The next scene shows the woman coming out of the room dressed as Rosanee and yelling at everyone to back off and leave her alone as she will answer everyone's questions and make her business and financial decisions when she's good and ready. It was only shown once, as they were told never to air it again.
