I remember visiting this website once...
It was called 'Sherlock' Season 4 to begin filming in April 2016 (probably) - CultBox
Here's some stuff I remembered seeing:

Steven Moffat has confirmed that the fourth season of
: “Mark [Gatiss] will be starting [to write] very soon. He may have started. I’ve got to finish my
Christmas special, and then I’ll be straight onto
He added: “We haven’t started, but we’ve planned. We know what we’re doing. Haha. Or we think we know what we think we’re doing. There are a couple of things we’ve got lined up that are really quite strong surprises, but we’ll see.”
> Here’s everything we know about Season 4 so far.
Asked when the new season is expected to begin filming, the writer said: “I think we’re shooting next year, April-ish.”
Moffat has also hinted that the show’s upcoming one-off Victorian special will have “a Christmas-y element”.
Bye, bye, Doctor. Please don’t let this nonsense drive Capaldi away.
Sorry, I don’t like Doctor Who being chopped up because of another show. If Moffat can’t commit to running the show, he shouldn’t be the showrunner.
Moffat is a terrible writer to be honest. Doctor who went downhill when he started writing for it. And as for waiting, if benedict and martin will stay interested after years i’m sure capaldi can stick with it for a few months. Or we can get a new doctor, don’t like him anyway.
There are so many things I disagree with in that comment that I don’t know where to start!
Boohoo so you don´t like this Doctor so he should regenerate? What a selfish comment.
Capaldi also has a commitment so it was a win-win for both. And not the first time this has occurred with both series. Sherlock season 4 was held due to Cumberbatch’s and Martin’s commitments, one of them being The Hobbit.
Capaldi only had a commitment because of the longer gap between season, not due to the gap
