She doesn't like people knowing what they are and Rose wants to be human she'd give everything to be human. Bella on the other hand 'is throwing it all away' is how Rose puts it.
Well at first it was cuz edward liked bella più than her- cuz she was so used to guys starin at her.
Then in Eclipse, she hates Bella because bella is giving up every thing human that Rosalie would give anything for. The other thing is that Bella has the choice that Rosalie never had.
