I sit on the divano with a hint of boredom. I pull back my camicia and see the bump on my stomach. I did notice it before, but just thought I was getting fat.

I rub my fingers across my stomach, and try to picture the little boy in my womb.

I could try to come up with a name for him. that would give me something to do.

"hey Jake." I shout into the successivo room.

"What?" he walks into the room with a wrench in his hands.

"What do te want to name him?" I look at his face and see little interest.

"I don't know, namings not really my thing."

"What, are te saying te don't want to name our son?" I can hear the hint of annoyance in my voice.

"No," he pauses to rephrase. "I just think maybe te should do it." I can see that he feels confident in his new answer. Think again.

"Naming is something parents do together." i turn my head towards him and lay my hands on my stomach.

"Just come up with some ideas and run them da me. I kinda need to work on the car." He leans in and kisses my forehead as he speaks.

"Fine." I mutter. I begin to think of names.

I want his name to be something unique o older. I like the name Mike but not Michale.

I've got it. I jump up and run to the garage.

"Jake I know what we should name him." I stumble through the door.

"What?" He doesn't look up but I know he is listening.

"Micah." I smile as I say it out loud. I Amore the sound, so sweet.

"I like it." he looks up at me and smiles.

I feel lifted with joy at his revelation. I want to get out, to enjoy my joy. I glance towards the bacheca and see my bike that i got when we rented bikes in California for our honeymoon.

I walk over too it and brush the dust off. still nice thought it has been sitting in the box auto, garage for two months. which reminds me of my little adventure that I never told my parents about.

"I think i am going to ride my bike to my parents house." I know he will disapprove, but I have something that I need to get off my chest.

"If te wait I can drive te when I finish the car in like an hour." He stands up and walks over to me, wrapping his arms around my waist.

"I just want to go visit with my mom for a while." I turn and baciare him then get on my bike, and ride down the street.

~Later~

I pull up in front of the cottage, and set my bike against the tree. I walk up to the door and knock lightly.

"Nessie." My mom smiles as she opens the door.

"Is Dad here?" I ask her as I step into the house.

"No, he went out hunting with Emmett. Why?" I can see she knows that something is up.

"I need to tell te about something, something that I should have told te about before." I look at her face and see her questionable look.

"Let's sit down. I figure this will be a big one." I follow her to the divano and sit on the soft leather.

"Well I am nearly four months pregnant." I start and look at her face. At first she doesn't get it but then I see the anger.

"You and Jacob have only been married for two months." She looks right into my eyes,and I nearly jump back as they turn black.

"Well te know when he took me out for my '17th' birthday? Well we kinda, te know, had più fun than we should have." I glance at her then look down. I play with the leather of the divano while she processes.

"How many times before te were married?" She asks trying to control her anger.

"Just that one time." I try to reassure her and make things better but that was a stupid idea.

"How could te be so stu-" Her sentence is cut short with the slamming of the back door. Dad is home. Great.

"Renesmee Carlie Cullen!" My Dad shouts as he rushes in the room.

I stand as he enters and try to explain my self. "I was just feeling rebellious and maybe a little drunk." Why did I say that?

"Rebellious? No, rebellious is joy riding, having sex and getting drunk is più than rebellious, it is stupid Renesmee!" I am angry that he would even say that to me.

"I'm not a little girl Dad!" I feel the anger seeping through me.

"You are if te can't use your head!" At that he opens the front door and slams it. I hear a car pulling away.

"Crap, he is going to see Jacob." I open the door and run to my bike.

"Come on I'll drive you. You'll never catch him on that" She runs to the car and quickly gets inside. I do the same.

I can feel the tension in the car as she speeds down the road.

As we sit in silence, she suddenly speaks up. "I just want to know why te would do that."

I turn to her an speak. "Like I detto before, I was a little bit drunk." I use my fingers as an example.

"No, I mean why te didn't tell me about this."

I turn my head towards the window and speak. "Because I thought that te would be mad and that I would never even have to mention it. I thought it would just be forgotten. But my state proves otherwise." I try to speak calmly, but feel a bit frazzled. Since after all, my father is going to my house, to kill, my husband. Figuratively I hope.
