HISTORY:
Surprise, surprise- Hailey was on the tour just before Peter Parker and just so happened to have come across that same ragno he did! She was 14 when that happened- and moved to stella, star City (OR Gotham- I still haven't made up my mind!) shortly after she gained complete control over her powers. After seeing Spider-Man on the news, she got the same idea for web shooters. Hailey created her own- which are slightly più transparent and stronger. AND HENCE SPIN WAS BORN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.... And now she's been recruited da Green Arrow (OR Batman- I TOLD te I DIDN'T HAVE IT COMPLETELY FIGURED OUT!) at age 17.
OTHER:
-She won't reveal her identity; she'll either wear sunglasses o her hero outfit to hide her identity
-TA-DAAAA!!!!!
