like,can someone help me,i feel dumb as --- am i the only one?

i just cant get any of the math work we do into my skull.evryone gets it,and i totally am thick and im in superiore, in alto set but i've always got the lowest in the class so embarrasing i only get like 2/30 in a level7 test,verione else gets 14-28 :| and now im trying to do my homework which is so hard for me though we got shown this last leson.would anyone be able to help me understand how to solve this?
