Period? o red Poo?

Red poo. Like te noticed a blood in your poop?
If that happened while the period, so it might be period no più nor less, and that might be less dangerous. But while there was no period nor the beginning of it to come, and that blood came with a pain feeling, so I think te have to see an expert, like a doctor o someone who specializes as possible as te can. te might hurt yourself without knowing, and that causes serious troubles as it's a fragile and sensitive area of humans body.

I would say red poo. But just to make sure, I would see you're doctor o a specialist. Just to be sicuro, cassetta di sicurezza I mean, because whenever te find blood o whatever coming out of that area, and te don't know what it is, te should ask you're doctor.

Surely when te go to the loo te should know that te are o are not on your period? If it happens at a time when te are not on your period te should definately consult your doctor. I know its easier detto than done but if there is a problem the doctor can help te and minimise (if any) issues. Hope this helps :)
