With just a little more than a month before season three of Marvel\'s, "Agent of S.H.I.E.L.D." comes back on the small screen, members of the cast are sharing more details to hype up the fans on what may be the biggest season yet in the series.

During ABC\'s 2015 summer TV press tour, Elizabeth Henstridge who plays Agent Simmons shares that it will be up to Fitz to save her on-screen partner after being sucked in to the mysterious Cree Stone.

"It\'s Fitz\'s mission to get Simmons back. It\'s a solo mission. What happened was so crazy and there was no trace of her, that what do you do? She disappeared into this rock that goes to liquid sometimes, but we don\'t know why and we don\'t know when. I think that the whole team has tried and nothing has worked, so at some point you have to go, \'She\'s gone, we have to move on.\' But Fitz refuses to do that. I don\'t blame them, but I\'m kind of mad," she said with a laugh.

Henstridge also mentioned that what prompts the team to give up is a big time jump that will happen between seasons two and three. The viewers will also find out in first few episodes about Simmons\'s fate, with the actress hinting that the repercussion "will be a huge part of this season" and the storyline being less about Hydra.

Meanwhile, Chloe Bennet, who portrays Agent Skye turned into inhuman Daisy Johnson also known as Quake, shared that she will be working alongside Mack in a partnership likened to "X-Files" Mulder and Scully. She also stated that inhuman Lash will make more appearances and episode two will have a CGI-heavy scenes that will certainly be exciting for fans.

When it comes to her possible budding relationship with Lincoln, actor Luke Mitchell mentioned that it will be interesting to see how it is being handled from different viewpoints, "Well, I think they\'ve set up that they have some chemistry in Season Two, and I think that connection is going to remain throughout Season Three... But I think he\'s dangerous in the sense that they don\'t know whether they can trust him, and I don\'t think he knows what to trust," Comic Book reports.
