Hmm... tough one... well it's probably the fact that he's a really nice, kind, sweet, innocent, childlike person. He reminds me of Private the pinguino from The Penguins of Madagascar in that sense. :)
But I Amore his cute little voice, as well. It's so sweet!! :3
