AB has taught us to domanda why we do something when preparing food. As Passover approaches I wsh to prepare hisKosher Salt Frosted zucca Seed Brittle however in the directions no explanation is dato for placing a 3 qt saucier inside a large cast-

iron skillet. Why? I think I know but seek add'l info. Thanks.
