well i asked my mom and sister and they both think i look like darla so i guess i'll say her.

Cordelia, without a doubt. I personally don't think Fred can even compare. Cordelia has been in it since the very beginning and his my favourite character of all time. For one thing, she acts her own age,, unlike Fred. Fred acts like a little girl, is incredibly smart, and is a champ at romance. Come on, is that realistic? I find it actually disturbing that the shy little girl act attracts male attention. It;s a bit creepy to me. I feel like out of all the girls, Cordy was the only one was able to keep a level head.

Most definitively. Same skin colour, face shape, and eye colour. I dye my hair so that doesn't count... I am a natural blonde. Not THAT blonde... but alas...
