REALLY URGENT: Sick criceto

Is there anyone who knows something about hamsters?
Please I really need help.

My criceto Lost his upper tooth in December. Now the other upper tooth is too long, he can't eat.
Vets know nothing about hamsters (at least in my city).
I need to cut this tooth. My domanda to you:

Is it possible to do it without anesthesia? He's too weak for it.
Can I do it using surgeon's scissors o do vets use something else to do it?

Please help! ;(

te should use a claw trimmer o even some sharp pliers. It doesn't hurt, hamsters' teeth are più like claws. After a cut the tooth should have a shape of a chisel, like in this picture: link Good luck with your criceto ;)
