Help me plz in to decide what Anime costume I´m going to wear on a party

Hi i have a problem I´m having an Anime party in 3 weeks so i have to make my costume...but i can´t decide...could te help me plz
-I have Brown hair...long but like a little under the shoulders
-Brown eyes
-I like alot the candy...i´m imperactive sometimes and the other like normal.

This is my favourites animes if te can name one of the character of this Anime i will soo happy!!!!
