Maybe, but probably not. It's part Final fantasy (which some would call anime) and part Disney. Disney is considered to some as the inspiration of the modern anime, but it's still Western Animation. Having a manga doesn't mean it's anime. stella, star Wars and stella, star Trek also have mangas, but they are not anime.

well even if stella, star Wars isn't Anime they still mostra up at Anime conventions.
