What character should I cosplay?

Boy o girl is fine. That is a picture of me below. I'm 12, and I can't afford much... If te will, give me character(s) that te think will look good on me. Thank te soooo much! :) Again, I'm the kind of girl that loves cosplaying boys più than girls. But girls are great too.
