For single animated character I pick Jack Barbarosa Bancoran from Boku Patalliro, the most blatantly Asian looking white British person in the history of forever.

@Prussia in the original design da Himaruya, they are violet. In the anime, they are blue. Himaruya is the creator and therefore, they are violet.
