Mine has to be Masashi from Hanachi. (Hanachi is an otome)

Also be sure to watch at least the first couple minuti of the Sket Dance episode about Tsundere's at Crunchyroll that introduces her. It gives a good explanation of what the whole "Tsundere" thing is all about.
