Should i watch Angel Beats? And is it aney good?

I have heard alot of fanpop users talking about it and i wanna watch it but i don't know if i should. PLease tell me something good about this Anime and give me a link to a website so i can watch this Anime ok.

The whole series take place in an after like that where the characters can't die, if they break some rules they'll be obliterated o they'll disappear. (This is the theme song)
