Comedy: Boku Wa Tomodachi Ga Sukunai, Baka To Test, Kaichou Wa Maid Sama, Inu x Boku SS (Really funny, romantic but has sad and touching moments in the last episodes).
Drama/Romance: Clannad/Clannad Afterstory (Really funny at some parts, really really sad in others), Angel Beats! (Supernatural too and Comedy), Myself;Yourself (with lots of comedy in the first part of the series like the first 5 episodes, but then it's really sad)
random Anime with lots of elements in them: Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion/ Code Geass Lelouch of the Rebellion R2, Loveless (has shounen ai in it, so if it's not your taste then idk), Pandora Hearts, Kuroshitsuji/ Black Butler - Il maggiordomo diabolico II, Amnesia.
