Go mostra her Usagi Drop. No violence, no sex, no nudity, no magic, no anything. Then that will let her know that not all Anime is like that. No dub though, but I'm sure she won't mind. If she does mind though, go mostra her Five Centimeters Per Second. It has a dub.

Mom knows I like anime, and she is disturbed da it as well. She thinks every Anime is like Inuyasha, when I watch Anime that's nothing like that.

Explain to her that there is as much variety and as many genres as Televisione shows o cartoni animati over here. Perhaps have her watch some episodes from childish o cute series, like Shugo Chara o Acchi Kocchi!

its really none of her business what kind of entertainment te enjoy. it's not hurting anyone and the morals in a lot of Anime are fine, so it really shouldnt be a problem. also to add to that, sex is okay to do??? i mean as long as youre legal age i dont ??

as for the rest, shes underestimating the intellegence of children. a child wont burn a building just because they saw it on tv. just as a child wont murder someone when they stomp on a goomba in a mario game. children may actually be LESS likely to be follow the things they say than teenagers because they havent grown enough to realise that not all humans are nice people. theyd probably feel più guilty if they hurt someone.
