What is the Anime that has two groups of mostly female, non-vampire students at a school, one above ground and the other hiding below, fighting each other?

Most of the action happens above ground at night. It seems that the students above ground are the bad guys (gals).
And I seem to remember that some of the students have powers. NOT Vampiri#From Dracula to Buffy... and all creatures of the night in between. (so not Vampire Knight).

Not particularly, but they each had very colorful hair. Although, that doesn't seem uncommon.
