Not fully, Black star is much more selfcentered! Naruto cared a lot about sakura anyways. Sure black star cares a lot about tsubaki too, but not the same way! Black star is way cooler anyways! ;D

They're both loud, but Naruto matured (a little xP) on his attitude in Part 2, but before, I can totally see it!

Yah a little bit. But remember Naruto does not go around shouting i'm the biggest star of all time. They may seem the same in some ways. But in some ways there not. And by the way Black Star cares for his friends. That's why he works well with Tsubaki. :3
