I respect Yue, but I adore Azula. Azula just has more to her. She's complex, she's strong, she has an interesting fsmily, etc.

I find it funny how some people say that her insanity is one of the reasons they don't like her, considering it's one of the strongest developments in her character- or in Avstar in general.. but oh well, their opinion.
