Barbie as Anastasia

Summary:
Barbie stars as Anastasia, the Lost princess(or grand duchess whichever te prefer) of Russia. Separated from her grandmother during the Revolution when they tried to escape on a train to Paris. Ten years later, Anastasia, going da the name Ana, and her brother Alex sets out to try and find out who her birth parents are. On the way to the train station, for the only thing she remembered was that her family was in France, they bump into the con-artist, Dimitri(yes, like the volpe version, I couldn't think of anything else) who realized the striking similarities between Ana and Anastasia. Together, with some persuasion, the journey to France with Dimitri's sister, the più sympathetic Irena. During the course of their adventure, they meet new friends, gain new enemies, and in the end ultimately break a dreadful curse learning that if te have courage in your heart, and your mind is open te can go farther than te ever thought you'd go.

Characters:

Grand Duchess Anastasia Nikolaevna Romanov of Russia(A.K.A Ana): The Lost princess of Russia is a feisty, hot-tempered, witty seventeen anno old who dreams of one giorno being reunited with her family. She cares deeply about her little brother, Alexei, and is very loyal to her friends.

Alexei Romanov: The Lost heir and prince of Russia. Alexei is the exact opposite of his older sister, and is instead shy, and withdrawn. He looks up to Anastasia a lot, and trusts her più than anyone.

Dimitri: The handsome con-artist. Dimitri is a manipulative, witty, but kind con-artist who's been searching for a girl that could be Anastasia in his latest con. When he bumps into Anastasia and Alexei, he realizes how similar they are to the Lost prince and princess of Russia. He persuades the two into going to meet the Dowager Empress Marie. During the journey his relationship with Anastasia develops from a reluctant alliance to nearly friendship to friendship and finally at the end they fall in love.

Irena: The sister of Dimitri. Less of a con-artist than her brother, and più proper, and honest. Irena is a sympathetic, and sweet girl who becomes instant Friends with Anastasia, but make no mistake this girl still is feisty, a trait that can't be avoided in her family, and enjoys watching Anastasia and Dimitri bicker all the time with Anastasia ultimately winning in the end.
