It looks like Toshiro, true, but I think it is più likely that this is Toshiro when he's younger, o a character that we haven't actually seen in Bleach... Because, I recognise every character in Bleach and Toshiro is the only person that looks anything similar to him (in terms of facial features, eyes and hair). I definitely think this is of him when he was younger (maybe around the time when he was in the Academy with Kusaka, o possibly even before that, when he first met Rangiku. XD
