aren\'t saving the world from nuclear threats, insane terrorists or sneaky hackers, they\'re doing what we\'re all doing: clumsily trying to navigate their romantic lives.

Jane (Jaimie Alexander) and Weller (Sullivan Stapleton) may get the most attention as the show\'s main couple, but no one deserves love more than Patterson (Ashley Johnson). Not only is she super awesome and dateable, but we feel for her because we saw her last relationship literally blow up before our eyes.

Thankfully, it looks like her latest suitor is far from the deceptive doc Borden and is highly unlikely to explode. (Unless this egghead has an accident in the lab.) But is he really the right guy for her? His pick-up line involves nerdy chatter featuring multi-syllabic mumbo-jumbo about high-level scientific jargon. He ain\'t exactly sweeping us off our feet, and it looks like Tasha (Audrey Esparza), who accidentally finds herself in the middle of this come-on crossfire, is just as confused (and fascinated) about what\'s going on.

Still, she recognizes it\'s time for her pal to "get back on the horse" so she gives Patterson some words of encouragement to just say yes. Oooh la la! Our next question is what kind of sick and twisted
