According to the coroner, the cause of death was three-fold: a combination of pneumonia, anemia (iron deficiency) and multiple drug intoxication.

Actress\'s home: Murphy died at the home (pictured at the time of her death) at the young age of 32, on December 20, 2009, after collapsing in the master bathroom
Just five months later on May 23, 2010, Murphy\'s 40-year old widower husband Monjack died at the home, from - just like his wife - \'acute pneumonia and severe anemia\'.
Multiple sources pointed to this Hollywood Hills property being filled with a toxic mold that may have contributed to both deaths.
Investigators also found the inside of the home to be suffering from a \'pack rat\' and hoarding situation.
The combo of the dust and possible mold is said to have exacerbated the pneumonia that both Murphy and Monjack were suffering from.
Renovated home: Six years later, the home looks completely different from how it did when Spears and Murphy lived in the mansion
The home was bought in 2011 $2.7million, just more than a million less than what Murphy paid for it in 2003
The home was \'flipped\' by a developer over the course of almost three years, and it was put up for sale just months ago
