Brucas Article: Slapped in the face! my rant

I am a Brucas fan, and i must admit a huge part of the reason i watch this mostra is because of bl, but still there are others reasons, like i simply Amore it and enjoy it and have gotten so caught up with all the characters. yes im a bl fan, but first off im an oth fan... o i use to be, im not sure anymore.

I have kept watching, okay and i fully admit what got me through the bad times was picking at leyton and my inability to view lp as anything other than a joke, but something else always drew me to it as well, whether it be naley, brooke, a specific touching storyline o the humour, something helped me see the greatness amongst the mess that is lp and lp is a mess and it aint my mess.

But i feel like 611 was just going too far, there is only so much i as a fan can take, only so much before the mostra itself looses meaning. the degrading, the demeaning, the understatements, te know what im talking about. it just went from worse to worse, one extreme to another. but this is the first time ive been pushed to seriously consider not watching the show, i feel like they slapped me in the face, what 611 did was più than slapping me as a bl fan, but also as a oth fan, as a lucas fan, as a peyton fan, as a brooke fan, as a fan of the writers, a fan of mark, a fan of chad. all in all it took away the respect i held for these things, and without the respect that is owed to bl and blers and the respect i had for the mostra i dont know whats left. i feel empty as an oth fan.

i'll always believe with an unbendiable strength that bl are meant to be together, should be together, and i will hold dearly onto the brilliance they and the mostra use to have, i just no longer believe that the mostra is the same show, the same quality, the same meaning, its just off, its a lie. its being slowly ruined for me.

that detto ill probably watch every single episode like always, still think of lp as a joke, get angry at the anti bl, get excited at the slightest pro bl, enjoy naley, enjoy brooke, still hope and have faith that bl can somehow clean up the mess and find their way back together. i'm going to fight, because after all these years i cant just give up. and if my hope and faith is not rewarded i'm going to cry, and i'm probably going to unleash seasons of locked up emotion. i just really really hope (even più than my hope for bl getting back together)that what bl use to be and have is going to get its respect back from the show, because disrepecting Brucas is disrespecting everything they were, everything the mostra was built around for three seasons, it weakens it, and its the biggest slap of all.

maybe blers could learn to accept the past and future, learn to sposta on if they allowed us to, if they stopped messing with the past maybe we could leave the past in the past.

okay so this articolo changes emotion alot, but i am unsure how i'm feeling, but if they want a war, they got one.

brattynemz because disrepecting brucas is disrespecting everything they were, everything the show was built around for three seasons, it weakens it, and its the biggest slap of all. I guess it just reflects back to the writer. I'm gonna go try write my own stuff you just gave me an idea! :)

marmel omg! i am a brucas fan, i love them!always have always will.. but give it up already.. 611 was an awesome episode! i loved it.. you need to cut the bulls***! brucas is over, we all have to realize that.. this episode was a dream episode, it wasnt serious.. so please cut the crap, this episode was so damn good! i am embaressed to bea BL`r if you guys are beeing like this...

brattynemz Wow. Why so harsh on her? That's her opinion, deal with it, respect it. I don't know how you can be a Brucas fan and be like that. If there's anything we need from Brucas fans that would be support and faith. Please be nice.

Broody_4_Cheery just to clarify things i wasnt dissing the episode i was dissing what theyre doing to bl and bls past, seeing this is the bl spot i thought it was obvious, if i was dissing the ep i would have done it from a different standpoint like by dissing the episode storyline and such and done it in the oth spot. and seriously everyone has different opinions on if an episode was good or not and if you knew me and this spot you would probably know that i am one of the first blers to like/love the episodes despite a lack of bl or the demeaning, seeing lol im one of the ones who likes to see the positives in the anti bl moments. i am not embarassed by my opinion, or by fellow blers stating their opinions about the show and couples or characters, im more embarassed at the fact a bler has come onto here and ruined the friendly atmosphere, no actually thats a blatant lie, i dont feel that way, i feel more well... nem, help me out here... defensive. i dont really care. please just be more careful about the way you speak to people around here, im not offended but i will get really peeved and angry if i see you treat one of my friends the same way.

marmel listen broody, im sorry for the way i said it.. it wasnt ment to be personal. i really respect you, and you are one of my fav brucas fan! i just ment that i think you were overreacting, but im sorry, everybody have their right to different opinions.. but im sorry for the way i wrote it! i dont want any "fights", and i love this spot more then any other spots on fanpop! i just, this all came out in a wrong way, i dont know what else to say

Janni I am so glad I'm not the only one feeling like crap! They just decided tp forget s1-3 and start writing an episode. ANd I hvae never felt sp disrespected ever! Like being stomped on!! And what the hell is Chad doing writing Lcuas to say "Pretty Girl" to Peyton!? Everyone one know that that is what Lucas called Brooke, not once not twice but many times. And it pisses me off that episode story is based on the first three season, while we don't get anything on BL, besides Lucas saying to Brooke that they were good! Serioulsy they were freaking awesome! And the Leyton storyline BUGGED me!!!! Og my god!! They take a walk home and suddenly they are all in lvoe and are going to elope!? WTF!! Naley this episode iget. They had moments they had their eyes on each other for a long time. But Leyton, WTF!! Suddenly Peyton is all needdy (Thanks Chad for pointing that out) and all over Lucas, and he is like a morron,,, hum hum hum; You are pretty Peyton!!! Grrr! the only thing i liked was Naley, and the rest was CRAP!!! CRAP CRAP CRAP!!!!:@ :@ F***

saBRUCAS I agree comepeletly! what a huge slap for BLers. And I dont know how some BLers dont find the disrespect wrong. I guess these things mean more to die hard BLers. To me it was very disrespectful and completely uncalled for. They could have easily used their own nicknames but why use BLs? they're are few things we as BLers hold on to and nicknames were a part of that. Thats just plain disrespect. BLers have had to deal with the constant degrading and belittling of BL since s4 and I think that makes it even worse. And I've invested way too much time in OTH to be disrespected like this. This was my last episode.

Janni Well, Peyton says to Lucas that her car has broken and asks him to fallow her, and suddenly they are in love. It wasn't like BL's walk but maybe a little bit:/ I didn't think about it.. Guys it is important that you add these comments on the link i posted on this spot where you could add comments^^

jennifer_02 i was cut to the bone i was so mad when luke called peyton pretty girl i mean its one thing to take away our couple from oth but another to take away their thing it is like a slap in the face i mean like 1/2 of the views would be brucas fans and we make the show still go on cas she support it but that was totally uncalled far and very hurtful to all of us i was so mad when they did that

oth-brucas4ever reading all the comment and the stuff that happen in 6x11-(by the way i havn't seen it) but with lp using bl stuff...this might sound stupid but do you think that this could be some kind of a hint...i mean it mite mean nothing but i not sure if it was lucas dream but do you think that there the small possablily that he was trying to live brucas through lp?????

twinklystar_hp @oth-brucas4ever: wht u say..i hope it may be tru...becuz i wanted to pounce on lucas for calling peyton "pretty girl"... & guys..agreeed this was a slap on our BL's face..it was a total disrespect..there r only a certain things v hold dear to us as unique BL symbols.."pretty girl" was on the top of this list... but u know wht i feel: even LP fans shud raise a voice against this becuz it was even a disrespect to their ship that they were getting second hand nicks (which first belonged to brooke) for their ship.. the only good thing i can see in all this is wht oth-brucas4ever said: since it was lucas's dream (his subconscious mind)..& since BL had ONLY broken up so as to give each other sum time (they hadnt ever stopped luving each other)..so luke calling brooke pretty girl cud be his way of living brucas life thru lp...the manifest content was lucas peyton together...wheeras the latent content of the dream was brucas... i know just how farfetched this sounds but as a die hard BL fan i will find hope in even a little detail like this! May Mark get the light on in his head and remember us crazy die hard brucas fans who make 50% and more of oth fanbase!!
